A good friend of mine is getting married this weekend, and no matter how many dresses I have in my closet, I always feel compelled to buy a new one for a special occasion. I've been looking for the right dress for a few weeks--something just this side of fancy, but not too dressy that I wouldn't be able to wear it to the office or out.
Express was one of the last places I thought to look, but I found this and couldn't resist buying it. With a black cardigan and my new black patent open-toe wedges, I think it'll be a good mix of bold and feminine.
Ohmigosh, I haven't been to Express since those days where black pants were the going out staple (aka like 8 years ago), but this is super cute! And will look perfect with the accessories you have planned.
